This is my first time using the U Treatment app, because I wanted to try it and happened to be in Bogor that day, D-1 I made an appointment via WA with the clinic admin staff and a schedule was made for the next day at 14.00 WIB. I arrived at the location at 12.30, the information from the registration was that I had not registered and was informed that there was an admin fee of 50 thousand for registration, and that if I wanted to, I could only have the procedure at 18.00 WIB. I had to wait 5 hours. Finally, I decided to cancel this ticket, because I couldn't cancel the information, I was waiting for feedback from the app. After 2 hours, there was news that the procedure could be carried out & I returned to the clinic, upon arrival I was given 1 pack of U cleansing tissue, I cleaned my face with my own cleansing tissue, After waiting 10 minutes, I was invited in. My first process with a friendly doctor informed me that I had a voucher for K Glow and informed me what to avoid during the treatment, then the staff came to clean my face with a scrub in less than 1 minute and then applied anesthesia for 30 minutes, then the doctor took action for about 15 minutes while giving serum or fluid during the procedure after the infrared or PDT light was done which as far as I know is part of the laser process, PRP whatever it is is included. After that I was smeared with irritation cream and I asked if there was no irritation cream for the next few days, the information was that it would be prescribed later, I went out and there was no bill, after 30 minutes had passed I was contacted by the clinic and was informed that I had not paid the admin fee of 10 thousand, infrared 125 thousand, and the fluid 50 thousand that was given was during the procedure. Honestly, I was shocked so the price of 850 thousand did not include any costs, only the procedure and the doctor's consultation, not including the cost of infrared, admin, and fluid during the procedure. The 190s is short, I said, isn't it funny that we think that the creambath doesn't include the cream. After I asked for suggestions on why it wasn't informed from the beginning, they finally reduced it to 135 thousand, I must have been disappointed and confused until now. Hopefully this is useful for other colleagues
