My kiddos are so happy playing in kidzoona since my first born was there with his classmates. So it was so much fun playing together with good friends. There were also a time for dancing together and making origami hosted by the staff there, so yeah it made kids happier!

I chose to play at Trans Icon because it's close to home, the playground isn't too crowded so it's still very comfortable for kids to run around.

Overall okay experience. Good service, redemption is very easy. The place is not too big compared to other kidzoona but it's still okay. The location is right next to the food court, prayer room and toilet.

It's really fun for my child to play at this kidzoona, especially the 2 times I played here I got a 50% discount from traveloka, really compared to coming directly to kidzoona, from the price of 130 thousand rupiah to 65 thousand rupiah. Awesome. The toys are educational and varied. Getting a price of 65 thousand rupiah for 2 hours with a quality play ground like that is really awesome.

Hopefully the guards will improve so they are not rude to customers. Previously, when I came here, they were always friendly. Now, when I come here again, it's different.

Kids used to play here, but since moving to another city, they rarely do. Yesterday when I came here again, the guard who was on Friday and Sunday mornings was not friendly at all. When I came back at night, the guard was different and very friendly. Even though I usually come here, he is always friendly. Hopefully the guard will improve so he doesn't get angry with customers because he works and gets paid by having customers. I'm afraid they will run away and it will be quiet.
