A bit surprised because Meiso here is really bright, honestly it's less comfortable because it's not as relaxing as usual. The staff and therapists are friendly plus according to Meiso standards.

clean room. the therapist is good. very smooth massage but the results are stiff, sore muscles that can be relaxed. After the massage... I'm so relaxed. Sleep is also very comfortable because all the stiff muscles are relaxed. hehehe thx

Only one of the masseuses was super rude, in gesture and attitude, did not listen to the customer's feedback/request on massage pressure, did not pay attention to the massage points hence left the customer's body in so much pain/bruises. Management should give her a warning.

The voucher check process is still not normal. But the therapy is really good

There is no place to change clothes if we want to wear short pants to make it more comfortable for us to massage. Also I have chosen the 2 hour package by saying full body reflexy... until 2 hours finished the therapist hasn't had a hand massage which should be part of a reflexy massage... I don't know if the therapist is daydreaming or what... Until I don't know when to finish the massage which should have been there is a SOP on how to massage the customer. The atmosphere n massage chairs are comfortable... Only the therapist and reception staff really need improvement

It's been a while since the start of pandemic up to now for me and my wife had massage. We consider this place as it has great reputation and from its social media (IG) are shown that they have implemented safety protocol. Had the most relaxing 90mins of massage and look forward to have another one.

There should be separate rooms for men and women or at least a partition between therapy beds. Also given lights even though it is dim. Anyway, the massage / reflection technique is good.

So this happens to be the only massage place closest to an office that is open post covid. Then, because the body is really dead, so I tried the 1 hour massage package here. So this is the first time trying out Meiso services. So far, the staff is very friendly, from the redeem voucher process until all staff are polite. And because I just tried it, I just found out that the mass process is not going to come off or replace it again. Maybe it's also my fault that I didn't pay attention to the explanation / previous review because I can't stand the super pegel body. Well because that day I used a pretty thick clothes, and the massaging process was immediately massaged but using clothes, how come the next day the body hurts a little because of the friction of clothes. But her massage feels really good, and finally it disappears.
