I joined this trip during the peak season, yet the ticket redemption process was seamless, and Customer Care was easily reachable via WhatsApp with prompt responsiveness. Shout out to the driver, who not only served as our guide but also doubled as an excellent photographer. Their friendly and informative explanations throughout the trip were truly appreciated. Traveling with a child under 5 years old, I was pleased to see her thoroughly enjoying both the excursion and the historical insights provided during the Merapi tour. This trip proved to be an entertaining and educational choice for a family holiday.

Really excited when seeing mount merapi closely and also feeling blue when visiting museum sisa harta and mbah marijan house...the guide, jeep driver, pak Iwan was also helpfull to catch every moment as if he was a professional photographer...great experience close with jeep jump in to water..what an amazing experience ..say my child..thanks

The main track in the water using a jeep is only rotated once if not again it doesn't want to rotate again, we thought playing in the flowing water of the former Merapi eruption river turned out to be just like a puddle, if you want to buy this trip make sure you get a fun and friendly jeep driver, we got a dud, the driver was passive and the teller looked sleepy and unfocused even when returning to the basecamp the guy could forget about his own basecamp 🤦🏻‍♀️if for those who have never tried it, it's okay but not for going back again 😢🙏🏻
