Everything was good, but please advise your guest first about the RFID on the helmet. Some of us don’t know that we need to scan the helmet to see the pictures there. One more thing is please make more lane to line up for skyway.

It's really fun, I suggest taking the 7 o'clock one at sunset, the view is really beautiful, there are lots of lights so the view is even more beautiful.

Redeem tickets are very easy, no need to queue. It is recommended to buy online because offline queues are long. The exciting game of lights is very good and interesting. Unfortunately the route is short so it is not worth the queue. The queue to play is almost 1.5 hours, the game is only 10 minutes. I took the 5 x, I thought the route was different, it turned out to be the same. Tired of queuing for 1.5 hours x 5, the time ran out but I had already bought 5 rounds. Next, just take the package 2 or 3 times. The tourist spot is far from KL, a 2-hour trip by public transportation. If you use Grab / e-hiling, it takes about 1 hour.

The ticket redemption and ride itself is ok. But I am seriously advice do not go during school holidays. To take 1 ride the queue can go up to 1 hour and more.

Redemption is very easy, make sure if you have bought the ticket in the app, don't forget to fill in the booking time in the link provided. Once there, you can just take the barcode. I suggest taking the earliest one because you can ride 2 times in a row without having to queue for a long time
