2. Important Notes: 

1) Physical tickets are bearer instruments. After redemption, please keep them safe. Lost, burned, damaged, or expired tickets will not be reissued or replaced. 

2) According to the Sun Moon Lake fleet regulations, tickets are now limited to one loop around the lake, returning to the initial boarding pier. If you need multiple stops, you must purchase additional tickets as per on-site regulations. 

3) No refunds or compensation for delays caused by weather or other force majeure events.
