The hotel is located quite close to office complex (Embassy Tech Village). It will take about 15 mins by walk. The room is quite spacious and also clean while the breakfast though mostly are Indian cuisine, it has some Western ones.

The location is good and convenient to get to places as well! We used e-hailing most of the time and to get to Commercial street was around 20mins. & to Bangalore Airport T2 around one hour and 10 mins. To nearby shops by walking. Cons. Getting in and out of the toilet and. Bathroom was quite an experience due to limited space in the room itself.

Excellent location no doubt.
However the freshness of the room needs improvement.
Gym is rarely used so the room smells

Sanctum Suites BEL Road Bangalore
The place was amazing. From the guard who greet us upon arrival, the staff who prepared breakfast for us and the owner. Thank you so much for making our stay at Incredible India was a pleasant one. The owner was nice to book uber and car rental for us, as we didn’t have local number. The breakfast just simple but it was nice. Room was clean and spacious enough. Will highly recommend this place to other people! Location strategic, it is close to new bel road, which has a lot of good restaurant.
