Everything was good, accepted when we ordered food or drink every time come so slow take time more 40 minutes.

Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels
They have poor communication among staff. Had to wait for 40 mins in room for luagge, which did not arrive even after I called reception. Ended up, I had to go and take it myself. Also, when asking for room service for 2 portions of coffee had to explain so much. Staff need a lot of training to handle guest. This was my second stay and will be last.
