cheap hotel with adequate facilities, but bathroom equipment needs to be improved. Mats are not necessarily available, shower curtains are often missing, exhaust sometimes does not work properly, so it sometimes smells. Complete breakfast, but if it is full occupancy, often equipment and food are not immediately available (there is a time gap, maybe you need to think about additional staff when full occupancy). If it is a weekend, or you check out during peak hours, you have to spare more time because it is difficult to find a taxi and the traffic jam is unbearable. Apart from those limitations, it's okay .. the staff are also polite, friendly and responsive (quickly respond if there is a complaint).

The cleanliness of the bed sheets was lacking, the room's AC leaked and had to be repaired twice, the service in the restaurant was disappointing, because there were no waiters, so there were no spoons and forks available, and the response was slow.

budget hotel, but all standard needs are met, including breakfast. there is a handle in the shower area, helping the elderly to move. most of the guests are traders from all over Indonesia & Malaysia. the location is only 5 minutes walk from Bundaran HI.
