The room I stayed in (superior) was comfortably larger than most city hotels. It was nicely furnished (I mostly liked the writing desk), the bed and sheets was clean and comfy. The bathroom was also nice and well-cleaned. The front office staffs were helpful and friendly. The main plus for me was this hotel is a stone-throw away from Atrium Plaza, a mid size shopping mall.

. Stay in hotel Borobudur for a family staycation, we get a spacious room, complete facilities and a large playground and pool. Special credit to all staff in Borobudur especially Ms Yuli for the warm welcome and giving us an early check in and Ria escort us to the room and explain about the hotel facilities with a friendly gesture. Mr Handian and Herman from housekeeping always offer the guest need before I ask, Mr. Gerry explains about hotel facilities before I check in by phone with his friendly voice and Rizky who deliver our food explain about the ingredients even only the simple order, also the friendly 2 guys from maintenance who helping with the TV channel. Thank you for the hospitality, such an honour to be treated so nicely, definitely come back to this hotel Soon.

A truly nice experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of Jakarta, on the same street as Sarinah I believe. Not too far from Gambir either and it's just gonna a 15-minute walk to Bundaran HI. The hotel is really nice, it's classy but cosy and the hallways smell really nice as well. The room was nice, it's not that small and everything seems very clean & well-maintained. The design was rather minimalist and classy. Breakfast was good, WIFI was fast, shower was nice, I really don't have anything bad to say. The only thing I noticed is that the restaurant feels a little bit small considering how many guests were staying but it wasn't that much of an issue for me. Overall, we had a great experience staying at the hotel and it was actually quite affordable considering the quality that we got compared to other similarly priced hotels in Jakarta. Would definitely come back and stay here again next time!

I had the most luxurious and comfortable stay at Grand Hyatt in room 727. I would like to thank mr Fajar in front desk for helping me check in so quickly within 10 minutes. So fast! I’m amazed! Thank you for great first impression from front office staff. This hotel may old. Breakfast as good as always. Lovely swimming pool. We got room as requested. High floor through tugu tani view. Our room is convenient enough. But, I guess this hotel need to maintain/repair small things such as chair, flushing, air conditioner, mini fridge, and tea spoons especially in my room 1605. Jacuzzi at pool is not too hot anymore as we expected. Despite the weakness, we will return for the next Staycation.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Ashley Tang as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed (free self laundry). Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Central Jakarta, and it is just round the corner from the street food market. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel đź’Ş

Friendly staff and comfy room. When I was checked in, staff assigned me to the room next to the passenger elevator. Then I called to move to the room to quieter place. Suprisingly, staff then upgraded my room and move me to a quiet place. Great place for Wfh. Room was clean, compact, and worth of money. Also the tv is netflix ready! Over all, service was great and room is pleasant. Although the breakfast just basic, will check to Ashley sabang again. Thank you, Ashley and staff.

At the beginning when check in time my reservation can’t found by front desk staff. But then they did upgrading, not only my room but also my hotel! So i transfered to Vertu Hotel, the sister hotel of Yello which located in same building. After that every thing just perfect.. only one thing that need attention! The pool! The water is crystal clear, but i found much tiny pieces of tissue inside! Seems some one forgot they had it and bring it into the pool.
