Spacious room size, but the room atmosphere is dark, the toilet is darker. Shower leaks. The hotel location is strategic but right next to a gas station, noisy when trucks honk. Food is ok, staff are friendly and note complaints at check out.

car park in front of the hotel, narrow but safe parking, can turn around a bit, car keys are left with security
welcome drink when check-in arrived, there was no, but at 4 o'clock there was ginger drink.
nice room, cold AC, clean white towels, I requested a non-smoking room, it was given, hot water in the bathroom took a while ..
wifi connects quickly 👏
swimming pool is a bit dirty but clean, the pool water is super cold, but it's not a problem ..
playground is quite complete, there are tents ..
for breakfast it's quite good, but there's nothing really wow, one thing that's not good is the soup or something, the one next to the ice cream is very salty 😵💫

The hotel is nice with a European feel. The rooms are also spacious, there is a pool, it's quiet and nice. But the hot water doesn't work and the wifi is slow. The breakfast is quite good, but there aren't many food variations.

The check-in time took a long time, I had to wait for about an hour even though I arrived at 3 o'clock, the room was only ready at 4 o'clock, and there were many other guests waiting to check in in the lobby so it was very crowded, the room was quite good and there was nothing missing.

When I checked in, it was quite fast and agile. When in the room there were no towels for bathing. Asking the housekeeping for almost 45 minutes. And even 2 phone calls. Well, it's quite a stay here. But I don't want to come back here again.
