I was on a family vacation that week and although this was a business hotel, we felt very cozy and comfortable staying here. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room service was great and affordable. We ate Indonesian food from room service and it was delicious. Keep the good service!

Good in overall. Love the skybridge. Love to have a second lower water faucet in the bathroom to get ablution with ease. Love to have the hotel located next to the Metropolitan Mall of Bekasi (p. S. Metropolitan Mall is the legendary mall in Bekasi).
