A pleasant experience staying at the AONE Hotel, strategically located near culinary and street food centers. Upon check-in, I was assisted by the very friendly staff, Andi, who was very helpful even though it was late at night. The staff at checkout were also very kind and friendly. Really like it 😍 the kids are also happy because there is a play area, the room is clean and the service is very friendly, we arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night but the staff was still quick to help lift and deliver the items to the room

Booked a Junior Suite room, but it wasn't very clean when we arrived, the AC wasn't cold enough even though it was set to low temperature, the food lacked variety and taste, and for a 4-star hotel, anyone could access the room area, as the elevator doesn't use card access, which is a bit odd. The location is very strategic, and there's a really cozy cafe in front to hang out until late at night. Sorry about that.

On the second day, when we arrived at the room, it was already nighttime and the bathroom amenities were missing. After asking for them, they delivered them after about 10 minutes. There was a package left at the reception. When they wanted to pick it up, they couldn't find it. They searched for it, but they couldn't find it.... So they decided to just have it delivered to their address later. The service was quite disappointing.

Additionally, during breakfast service, the main dishes were not available on time; even after 6:30 a.m., items such as rice and other heavy breakfast options had not yet been served. Overall, the hotel offers good accommodation, but there is room for improvement in its food and breakfast service.
