Please pay more attention to the electricity token issue. Since the beginning of check-in, we were told that the token was beeping and about to run out. It was only 9 o'clock before we were told the token number, and it was already dark. Plus, the only light on was the bathroom, while all the lights were off.

The deposit has not been returned for 16 working days, even though the previous information was that it would be returned within a maximum of 15 working days. CS was slow to respond. I stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days.

The check in process was very long. The room was dirty, the blanket was dirty, the pillow was dirty, there was also a deposit which somehow made it even more complicated.

-The water is off all day (it has been confirmed to the admin that there is no action at all) -The electric token makes a loud sound from the first time you enter -the wifi is slow + lost connection -There are no towels -The sheets are brown, luckily there is no smell -The AC water is stagnant on the balcony so dirty ijo moss - I swear for whatever reason there are so many tomkets on the balcony - The receptionist and the security guard are not friendly - The deposit money is very old behind it Too bad the photos on my friend's phone have been deleted I'm sorry I have to be so honest, I hope the future will be better 🙏🏻

Plus points: 1. Good location, safe and not noisy. 2. Room prices are quite friendly. 3. Complete with AC, TV & refrigerator. 4. Clean room. Minus points: 1. Room size is quite small. 2. Bed sheets, pillows & blankets are not clean, making them less comfortable. 3. Free parking is not provided for those who bring vehicles so you have to pay for parking per hour which is quite expensive. 4. The bathroom floor is a little slippery. 5. No towels provided, only soap & toothbrush. Suggestion. 1. Given cleaner bed sheets, blankets & pillowcases. 2. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. 3. A minimum of 1 clean towel is provided. 4. Free parking facilities are added for those who bring vehicles.

I booked a room for my family at Cheap Inn from June 5 to 8. Payment via bank transfer. Upon arrival at the location there was no one to contact. After much difficulty, another manager finally helped me check in with a deposit of 200 thousand. Only then can you get the room key. It is highly not recommended to stay at this cheapinn. The management cannot be actively contacted. The condition of the rooms and facilities is very bad and sad. The management only contacts you via What's App from various numbers to ask for renewal money. Deposit is promised to be paid 1 day after check out. But there is no clarity until today, June 20 2024. This place is more of a place for perverts to have one night stands. Strongly not recommended.

Actually this apartment is good, but the rented room is terrible, even though it's cheap, but sorry, it's not worth it. As soon as you enter the room, it smells musty, the sheets and blankets are dirty and full of stains as if they've never been washed, the bathroom smells of cigarettes, the chair is broken, the toilet seat is broken, the sink often smells of sewers, there are lots of tomcats. The manager really should have done a deep cleaning before renting it out again, the admin's response in the chat is also very slow 🫠. Hopefully there will be improvements
