- Service procedures know that are not good, if a guest has ordered a request via the application (Traveloka) and even confirmed it via telephone, the hotel should immediately make preparations, not wait for the guest to arrive.- It can be seen that the leaders/superiors or leaders of the hotel never carry out periodic or random inspections for the quality of room cleanliness, equipment function (TV, AC, etc.). When I entered, guests had to wait to be repaired or prepared.- Needs more detailed attention to the cleanliness of the room, bathroom (there are cockroaches & dirty closet).- The location is good, the actual building is also still good. There is just no concern from the hotel management or owner to maintain this hotel.- The management and owner didn't care, in the end I gave a rating of only 1.
