In terms of cleanliness, comfort & services, this place is very very satisfying! The room is actually much nicer & cleaner than in the photos. It was such an unforgettable honeymoon stay in here for us at Gili Air. We unexpectedly got complimentary of switching room to the Scallywags Mango Retreat which is more quiet and secluded. They have crazy friendly staffs there :) The food in the Scallywags restaurant was really delicious too! They have a very romantic spot in the beach to have a dinner under the stars. Definitely gonna stay there again if we were staying in Gili 😊

I booked for 1 night initially but extended for more. Absolutely love the staff and the room! When I arrived at the port, I called the hotel to ask for directions and Wulan, the staff, picked me up instead. It's within less than 10 mins of walk from the port. The room was all prepared with the aircon on when I checked in, which was a delight on that hot day. They even served a welcome drink. The room is perfect for me as a solo traveler. It's small (with a big bed) and it feels like a cozy cabin with the wooden floor. It was super clean and so was the big bathroom. The bed was very soft and comfy and I had one of my best sleeps here. Amenities were great (towels, soap, shampoo, dental kits, toilet paper, bottled water). Everything worked perfectly in the room - aircon, wifi, hot shower, lights and TV. A few power sockets were placed in good spots and even have the options of the 2 or 3 legged sockets. The porch was nice to chill in and spacey enough for me to do stretches. They offered to clean and make up my room everyday but I didn't really need that so I didn't take the offer. They had a menu for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. I had their nasi goreng and it was great. The location is great and quite central - close to eateries, grocery shops, port and to the sunset point too. The best was of course the hospitality of the team there - Wulan, Bu Ayu and Pak Kadek. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed chatting with them and appreciate all their attention to make sure I was able to sleep well and enjoy my stay there. I will definitely come back here and recommend this place! Perfectly adequate room, reasonable breakfast, helpful friendly staff, a very short walk from the port and plenty of bar and restaurants nearby, would use again.

Very nice lobby, super cozy and aesthetic, the bedroom was so nice and cozy, but unfortunately the bed was squidy and the room aren't sound proof (maybe need to improve it). Super🫰🏻👍🏻

No daily cleaning, no hot water, no wifi, bathroom doesn't have roof, no information if there is breakfast or not, the hotel employee never give any information about breakfast, and it's poorly staffed, just 2 or 3 persons.

Salim Cottage, Gili Air
With 60% discount rate, I got the best cottage in gili air. The staffs so friendly, the menu's so delicious the breakfast are perfect. There are hot water swimming pool for kids and adults. Green gardens around you, I only need 3 minute to the beach. Really recommend for couple also family. I will be back here next 3 months

Budget hotel at its finest! The room is very nice and cold AC, and bathroom is shower & wastafel in it, this is very cheap and nice! 🤩 also have free wifi and close to harbour like 3 minutes
