Luminor the best hotel at jambi. Breakfast oke. Over all oke.

Need a lot of improvement especially food.

I booked for non smoking room, a month in advance but I've got smoking room. The room smelled bad and I couldn't sleep well.

Came from a long trip, around 3 o'clock, booked 2 rooms, was told that the rooms are on different floors, if you want 1 floor, only one is ready, the other one has to wait to be cleaned, okay I choose to wait a while so there can be two rooms on the same floor, so we waited in a ready room, but the room they said ready; No pillowcases, no mats, no towels, the water heater still has the previous person 's water, you have to make a report first and wait 1-2 hours.

Stay for almost 2 weeks and nothing seems to be complained. We stay on new building complex located on behind hotel near the sipin lake.

This hotel is quite good and have a comfortable room with spacious space. We booked for room only. The staff was very helpful and full of smile eventhought I'm coming late at night.
