The check-in time was fast, only the hot water facility in room 502 was not working, it was quite pleasant because it was close to GI and PI, there were also many choices for food.

bed sheets, pillow covers smell and are dirty, have asked for replacement but still.
wifi doesn't work or is slow to the point of being unusable
toilet smells
water in the sink is not draining smoothly
hot water doesn't work
tissues are empty
so worried about using towels if the cleanliness is like this

The location is very strategic, close to Thamrin city. The surrounding area also sells a lot of food. The room's AC is cold and the TV signal is also good. It's just that the cleanliness of the toilet and bed needs to be improved. The sheets and blankets need to be replaced with new ones.
