The room is surprisingly comfy and well designed. It's impressive. The staffs are very kind and helpful. Also since the location is secluded from the main road. So the ambiance is private and tranquil. All and all a very satisfying experience.

The hotel lobby is nice but the rooms are not taken care of. The toilet is not clean, there are leaks in the room that have not been repaired, the hotel towels should also be updated because they look old and shabby.

The sofa is comfortable, I've stayed here twice, but the water is a bit not hot enough... the rest is really good, even though it's close to the train tracks, it's fun to hear the sounds of the trains

Strategic location, close to everywhere, only if you go out at night there is a portal but there are guards so you can still get out, comfortable, clean, the room is not too big, close to the train tracks but still okay, the staff are friendly. Booked without breakfast so haven't tried the food.

The location is good, quite close to everywhere. There is nothing around the hotel, so for food, the choice is to order at the hotel or order food online. At night, access to the inn is a bit difficult because the road is on the portal. The staff is okay, from before check-in they are very fast response on WhatsApp or phone. The information is also very helpful. I had no problems at all checking in and checking out. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom could be improved. But for me who only stayed to sleep because I had work, the facilities provided were quite sufficient.

The male receptionist who was a bit fat was not very helpful, at first we got a room with a broken AC, we had to force ourselves to get another room. It was different when the receptionist was Ms. Jessica who always had top service.

Dirty bathroom. I booked for 2 nights but only stayed for several first hours then moved to a different hotel. Cannot shower because the floor, shower, toilet, nozzle has stain. Even the trashcan is so dirty.
