Initially booked for 1 Superior room with a good price, but it turned out to be for 1 guest only, if you want to add 1 more guest you have to pay 50 thousand in a super small room. So you were forced to upgrade to Deluxe 134 thousand. It felt like being pranked with additional charges/upselling. Almost the entire area smells of cigarettes, except for the room. The Deluxe room is quite comfortable & clean although it is not soundproof so it is noisy outside and inside, not comfortable for those who want comfort and privacy. Cleanliness is quite okay. Smart TV facilities are a bit complicated. Wifi is very slow. Stingy with check out time. The breakfast included in the room is not okay, only one portion with standard taste, and not varied. Like intentionally to buy more that is not included. The staff in charge also looks moody and lazy to serve. I regret it, it would be better to eat outside. Overall services are standard, friendly and ordinary. It's normal for a budget hotel, right? The most superior is only the location, and the cleanliness of the room is quite okay. And overall, it's just standard, there's nothing that makes you want to come back to stay here because it's not worth it for the price, with upselling like that, it makes you not want to stay here again.
