Surrounded by many food stalls, minimarkets (Lawson's & Circle K), pharmacists, Sarinah Mal & Sabang Street by walking distance. Great location. Checking in & checking out process took a while, need to speed up a little

Comfortable and enjoyable staying in this hotel. Strategic location easy finding any kinds of foods around. Room is nice. Hospitality of the hotel staffs are nice and helpful. Overall was memorable experiences staying in this hotel. Next will be my first choice. Thank you.

Lokasi hotel oke berada ditempat yg strategis di pusat kota. Bangunan terlihat bangunan lama. Kamar lumayan besar tapi bau pengap harusnya dikasih pewangi ruangan. Colokan listrik cuma ada 1 itu pun di bawah meja. Toiletnya agak jorok. Sebelumnya WC tidak di flash dengan baik masih ada ee nya.

Location udah OK, kamar luas (sepertinya di upgrade) akses gampang dan dekat kemana mana, sayang sekali dikasur banyak kutu kasur (atau anak kecoa yg kecil kecil), ajukan complaint, lalu dipindah ke kamar lain dengan tipe yg sama tapi dengan kondisi kasur yg sama. Harus dibenahi untuk pest controlnya, juga QC, silakan jual kamar yg VC (vacant clean) supaya tamu puas. Semoga kedepan Grand Cemara bisa lebih baik lagi. Terima kasih.

Tempatnya nyaman banget, ada kolam renangnya, ada bathtubnya. Jd bisa nyantai2. Di samping hotel ada restaurant sushi pula jd ga usah pergi jauh2.
