The staff is friendly and can leave your luggage after checking out, it is very helpful. The room is quite spacious and clean, the toilet and bathroom are also clean. Access to GI and PI malls is quite close, just walk.

The location is very strategic, the parking lot is very narrow, not connected to Traveloka so you have to confirm again, the receptionist is a bit slow to serve, the security guard is very cooperative in serving the guests who come, the room floor is not clean enough, it is still sticky, at night there are calls coming into the room and sounds from outside can be heard 🙏🙏 Hopefully it will be better in the future

The location is very strategic because it is close to the shopping center, the parking location is minimal, there is no restaurant food available, the room atmosphere needs to be renovated because it feels uncomfortable. The rest of the staff is friendly.
