Except location, remaining were not good, asked so many times the staff about complimentary water. Bathroom kit was crap. No in house restaurant. But the location is perfect. If the above points improved, then this hotel is a good option.

I have request room non smoking. I arrived at 1520hrs but the reception said no room non smoking is available. The check in was stated 1500 hours why after 1500 hours still no room available. Breakfast was said that they will send to the room. They rang before sending and I ask what is our breakfast. He said rice and eggs. I was surprised how come big hotel in the city centre only serve rice and egg only. Again I ask only rice and egg no other thing and he said no. So I didn't took the breakfast.

The hotel just within walking distance from GI mall and Plaza Indonesia mall. The room smells good and I love the city view from my room. Highly recommended.

Its a good hotel with the cheap prize, its so hard if you looking for a cheap hotel in the central jakarta and your front is Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. The room is clean, but I have a problem with AC, the AC is not proper, I set 16 ° c but its not cold, just the wind. And then you just can turn on the electric with the card from hotel, you cannot change the card, the problem is you just get one card, so if you go and back to the hotel the room is so hot and you have to a few minutes to make a temperature room is cold. The rate is 8/10 for with the cheap prize.

The room was clean although it isn't spacious, the main issue was the leaking air conditioning which I complained two times but the cs didn't do anything till my check-out time.

Started from entering the lobby, I was baffled because I've had difficulties opening the door due to my luggage and belongings and the staff didn't even bother to help me, nor said greetings and escorted me to the receptionist. I arrived earlier to the check in time and had to wait near the receptionist. By looking at how they treated some gojek couriers and delivery men, well they're indeed not friendly at all 😅. I got the smoking room since it was all that left for the day I stayed in. The room still reeks of ciggarete since there's no exhaust fan as far as I know? The bed was okay but there were some stains on it. They didn't add more tissues during the cleaning. For breakfast I expected some kind of fresh cooked meals, say the least fried rice. But turned out it's only microwaved ready meals from nearby convenience store. The only good thing about this hotel was its location that near to the commuter train station and airport rail link, and not to mention that the hotel was placed across Grand Indonesia mall which is very much beneficial for those who intend to go shopping, and I could say that everything is in walking distance so it's very timesaving for people who usually are in rush.
