That was my third time staying in holiday-inn jababeka the first two visits were so good, I mean the breakfast~ but the last time, less variety of food, the fruits (especially the watermelon) was not fresh (smelly and a bit sour). But afterall the experience was so good

One of the most memorable hotel i’ve ever been. The staffs were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and the breakfast was delicious (and had a lot of variety!). I love the lovely small gestures like the staff offered a drink, asking how the night was, sang happy birthday (it was spontaneous act from a staff) and assisting us to the toilet. I apologize for not remembering any staff’s name but all of them are really really nice, helpful, and served us with smile. Would definitely stay again one day.

I ordered a city view, in the offer there were no options for tiles/asbestos roof View-View# room 369 was very disappointing! The reason was that there were no more rooms and it could not be accepted because there was no notification before check in.

The location is good, clean, fun and kid friendly.

The hotel is clean & smells good, the hotel employees are all friendly, patient & polite, so helpful. The room facilities, amenities are not limited, all Dove brands & sizes are really good. Including hotels that are not complicated, there are not too many rules. There is no deposit, no breakfast charge for children, no obligation to wear a swimsuit at the pool, or even at the gym. Just 1 minus, if you can add more to the Indonesian corner menu. But the Japanese and Korean menus are really delicious. If you want to find dinner, it's easy, it's very close to the Living Plaza mall.

When I first requested early check in, the receptionist said it was not possible, even though I had called first and could do it by phone, then the guy said it was possible, pay 50% of the nominal room booked, it's OK as long as I can check in straight away, the position is 8 am and I'm tired from the village, I went to the hotel for a vacation. At that time after Eid, I rented 2 rooms, one of which had an extra bed for my mother, father and younger sibling, the extra bed included breakfast so it wasn't a hassle. For breakfast, it was the best, the menu was delicious, varied, lots of choices, complete in my opinion. You can also request a latte. The room was clean, complete with a towel, bathrobe, hairdryer, complete toiletries. Minus the noisy neighbors, even though it was only for a short time but the thumping was disturbing, I wanted to try calling the receptionist but it didn't connect, so I just ignored it for a while, luckily the noise didn't last long. When checking out I complained but it was okay, it was just a little disturbing. The staff apologized for being noisy, everyone was friendly, if they passed by they would be reprimanded and then they would be embarrassed hehehe. You can come here again on holiday.
