The worst Towel 🤣 How is that possible to provide such towel , better to don't provide at all , Was no hot water, dirty toilet , no maintenance leaking here and there

Old hotel with very poor maintenance. The room smells musty, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets and mattress smell. Only the location can be a plus point for this hotel.

I got a room on the 3rd floor, 10 minutes lying down my feet and body immediately itched. The lice were really big (see photo), lots more. The towel was torn, dirty. So I immediately took a shower and checked out to another hotel. I lost around 200 thousand,. . For years, customers have complained about the same thing. Only answered sorry, it will be fixed later. But the proof is that this bad thing keeps happening again. So an important lesson for me, if you want to find cheap ones, just join RedDoorz or OYO. Hopefully the owner and management of this hotel can be better 😊

My parents went to Jakarta just to accompany my younger sibling for treatment, and one of the hotels near the hospital was Maxim Hotel. But unfortunately, my mother was asked for 100 thousand rupiah twice without any clear reason, even my parents were kicked out even though it was not time to check out. I strongly advise my friends to think again if they want to stay here.

The hotel does not provide drinking water, there is no hot water, the air conditioning is not cold, the cupboard is dusty and has cobwebs, the bathroom door is broken, the shower is rusty, it seems to be rarely maintained, it is enough for sleeping.

I got a room on the 3rd floor, where there were lots of animals on the bed as photographed and biting, I had already made direct criticisms but did not get compensation even though there were lots of bite marks and it was still itchy after staying for 2 nights, then the wifi on the 3rd floor didn't work, even though it was one of the facilities listed

It's been a long time since I stayed at Maxim Hotel. On November 8th, I checked in at around 15:00, the reception staff was very unfriendly, very different from when I stayed there before. Please don't be the leader with customers, they are not friendly. Asked nicely but the answer was curt and very uncooperative. For the bed, please check and clean it repeatedly, because my body is itchy and many small animals are found that sometimes appear. That's what makes my body itchy. Please improve the comfort of the staff and the room. Thank you.

The shower was broken and not repaired, the towels were also musty, there was no soap smell. It seemed like they were not washed, like they had just been used by someone and then just hung out to dry and folded for the next guest.
