Thank you for hospitality from all hotel staff especially for Mr. Rizal with a great welcome at check in at reception desk. Room was clean and comfort, yesterday TV 1 of our room was broken and got replaced. Hope the hotel could maintain the good services and facility.

The hotel is very strategic, above the mall and next to XXI. You can have a movie date before checking in the hotel. The room is clean and comfortable, all room facilities are running well. The food is delicious and quite varied. Strategic position close to the toll gate. Continued success for the Santika hotel and thank you Traveloka.

As usual, Santika is the best. Wifi and breakfast food variants, whether in Depok, Palembang, Bintaro, etc., so the food menu is not just changing, but there is a taste that is not bland (because there are some hotels whose dishes/processes) only taste salty (like lacking broth, for example soup/vegetables only taste salty, it seems strange). For the staff & crew, they are all friendly and humble. Until the age of 40, I have never met anyone who failed at Santika. Thank you HS 🙏

mall ex flooded causing mall elevator to break down and difficult to access to the room, breakfast menu must be repaired, Buffet refill takes a long time and must be requested even though there are officers who go around checking, and only 1 menu is refilled. even the salad bar has nothing in it. overall the food tastes bad. on the 2nd day fried rice with anchovies, the rice is really hard. every breakfast I'm confused about what to eat because I don't have an appetite. even though I stayed during Eid because I hoped to get good food. the room I took was a spacious premiere, the balcony was active.. but the floor on the balcony was never cleaned.. the soles of my feet were black, with drops of outdoor AC flood water. The room is spacious, Split AC so it's hot when sleeping. spacious bathroom, great shower.

I have stayed at Santika Mega Bekasi twice. The main plus point is the breakfast which never fails in terms of taste and variety. Everything is delicious, especially yesterday's ketupat and opor Lebaran, very delicious. The room is clean, the swimming pool is small but clean. The staff service is very friendly. Maintenance is very quick when called. A little input for the shower room in the pool area, it is better to use a door, not a curtain that can flutter in the wind, so if you want to change clothes, it is uncomfortable. Apart from that, everything is good and we will definitely stay at Santika again.

The floor of the room was sticky and smelled like gasoline. In fact, a hotel like Santika should be very comfortable. I thought it was because my nose was too sensitive, but it turned out that my husband also smelled the same aroma. Finally, we mopped the floor using a bathroom mat, after that the floor was no longer sticky and the smell of gasoline was somewhat gone. It was just uncomfortable for me who has a sensitive sense of smell, because the sharp smell made my nose sore and runny. I wanted to complain about changing rooms, it was already night. So I was forced to just mop it and spray perfume so that the smell of gasoline was somewhat reduced. Sorry 🙏

Everything was good, the room, the accessibility because its inside a mall, but sometimes it only has 1 lift access available to the mall, then whenever you order grab or gojek to pick you up from lobby you still need to pay parking fee
