I didn't expect much when I decided to book this hotel. It turned out very great! The pool was amazing, a very kids friendly hotel, breakfast was great, and delicious. Room was spacious and clean. We had a great time and will return back soon.

First time staying here, because there was a relative's event whose house was very close to where we were staying. We were from Lampung, traveling at night and arrived at the hotel at 22.10 WIB, when we arrived at the hotel gate it looked like there wasn't much lighting, but we were greeted by kind and friendly staff even though it was late at night they still served us very well.
Upon arrival at the room, for a hotel of the class ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ which looked like an old building was very clean and tidy, so we were very comfortable.
For breakfast, the menu is very varied and porridge, soto, fried rice, salad, fruits, various breads, various drinks, very varied and delicious.
The swimming pool is also clean, the children are very happy, there is a lifeguard so they don't feel afraid if something happens.
Thank you for the unforgettable experience, next time if I have time to go to Bekasi, I want to staycation here again 🥰

The sports facilities are really good. The swimming pool is Olympic standard size. This is the first time a hotel has a real swimming pool. There are also bicycle rental facilities to explore around the hotel. The parking lot is spacious and comfortable.

Unfortunately, the sandals that used to be 2 are now only 1. Then the bottled water that was given used to be made of glass, now it is made of plastic. Usually there is a laundry bag, now there is none.

the hotel is quite good, the staff is also friendly. we needed to check in early, but the hotel could facilitate it. the downside is that the room is poorly lit, the lights are all dim, there are no bright lights and when we stayed, the children's pool was still under repair.

When having breakfast at 8 am and wanted to order a fried egg, the information on the egg was still being checked below whether it was still available or not.
The second time I asked, were the eggs available?
because I saw the staff bringing eggs for the omelet menu, and the staff at the egg stall said yes, so I took the initiative to order a fried egg.
The third time when I asked if the fried egg was available? because it had been 10 minutes, but the staff still said no. Then I asked again to make sure because the staff was making an omelette, and the staff only informed me that the eggs were out of stock after I confirmed whether they were available or not, because the person who ordered the omelette was the umpteenth person after my order of fried eggs.
What disappointed me was:
1. for a 5-star hotel, there were no eggs in stock and I had breakfast at 8 am.
2. The service of the staff on duty at the egg stall, if there really were no eggs, why did they have to go back and forth 3 times and ask firmly before saying there were none.
3. If the eggs were really out of stock, why were there omelettes and boiled eggs? While my order of fried eggs was not there?

what's lacking.. the further we go here the less facilities there are, there used to be a steam sauna but now it's off, billiards are off, badminton is off.. quite disappointed..

Yesterday I stayed in a suite room that had 2 TVs, and the TV in the living room turned off by itself. After calling the receptionist to ask for help, I really didn't expect the TV to be replaced so that the comfort during my stay would be better, I really appreciate the service.
