Yesterday I stayed in a suite room that had 2 TVs, and the TV in the living room turned off by itself. After calling the receptionist to ask for help, I really didn't expect the TV to be replaced so that the comfort during my stay would be better, I really appreciate the service.

The cooler box didn't work, they said they would take stuff to the room but no one came until morning, the hot water shower didn't work, it wasn't a smart TV, for that price with the facilities it wasn't worth it.

Staycation type but can't do any activities in the room. There is no smoking room option, so if you want to smoke you have to go downstairs first, and that makes the mood go away. From the beginning of booking, the hotel number cannot be contacted to ensure the availability of a smoking room. Even though the hotel is expensive, there is no option for the comfort of visitors.
There is also no children's pool, so children are not free to swim.
