This is very impressive, I was worried because I saw the rating on Google after I booked. But it turned out that everything was very comfortable, I felt at home staying here for 3 days and 2 nights. The children were satisfied playing on the beach and the swimming pool, the staff were friendly, the cleanliness was also maintained. Restaurant with a variety of menus every day, there is a fish pond that can be used for children to entertain by feeding the fish, the AC is cold, the room is clean, there was no disappointment. Next vacation here again. It's just that the hot water in the bathroom is not too warm, this needs to be improved again.

The AC wasn't cold from the start, I reported it twice, it was repaired, it's still not cold, I reported it three times at 10pm, then I was told to move it or give it a fan, but at that time, bring the moving items. If you already knew that the AC wasn't cold from the start, why didn't you tell me to? Just move from the start and then why are you giving me a room where the AC isn't cold?

In the afternoon, I used the toilet near the bar, the light was off. There is no switch to turn on the light. The rinsing room at the end of the swimming pool smelled nauseous. There is no toilet in the washing room.

The AC is broken, not cold, I've moved rooms but it turns out it's the same, I was given one with a broken AC. There are cockroaches in the toilet. In 2 rooms.
