This is the best hotel in Singkawang! I stayed in the executive room (windows) and I really loved the unique design of the room. However, the best part of my stay was the staff! When there was problem they were very accommodating to my needs for example reschedule because of covid and the cleaning of the room. This hotel has the best staff in all of Singkawang! I highly recommend this hotel!

All is great, our room being tidied every day. One of the room has air conditioner problem but the staff attended to the matter promptly. Breakfast was okay considering the price was cheap (if converting to MYR). The only thing that I would prefer if my room has window. Other 2 rooms has window except for my room.

The check in process was fast, but only minor for cleanliness in swimming pool area. The shower room in swimming pool area smells bad. I think someone (other guests) had pee on that area 🥲. But overall I love the hotel!
