Good receptionist. Willing to help us. We can go to roof top to see surrounding area. Unfortunately cannot see the view because the weather is bad.

Nikita Palace Hotel
Old facility, overall the room is not clean. Bed sheet and blankets seems old. Towels looks like doormat. Worst is no clean water, so we left the hotel without taking a bath!
