The most comfortable place to stay here, the rooms are spacious and clean, the interior is well maintained, the toilets are clean, even though it is in the city center it is not noisy.

This hotel is super recommended. From the entrance, the security was ready to help lift the suitcase without waiting to ask for help. Not to mention the staff is super duper flexible with affordable prices. If I go to Jakarta, I will definitely come back to stay here again 😎

Huh? For what? A 600 thousand rupiah hotel but the room is very clean! ❤️ the room is not cramped, comfortable and clean. When I entered, my goodness it smelled, it turned out that the fragrance came from the sheets, towels, it smelled really good and clean! The hot water is very safe, the AC is especially cold. Close to the Dukuh Atas MRT. No need to worry about finding dinner, there are rows of food stalls in front of the hotel. If I go to Jakarta, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you ❤️

I stayed for 3 nights here in room 703. On days 1 and 2 I slept soundly and there was a friend so I didn't feel disturbed. On the third day my friend couldn't come because of heavy rain so I slept alone. When packing my suitcase, my back felt hot even though the AC was on. Wherever I walked, the hot air followed me. I ignored it. Then there was a creaking sound from the direction of the bathroom door and the table near the window. At dawn my friend came to take me to the airport. I told him what happened that night. It turned out that my friend also experienced the same thing for 2 nights in a row. Overall it was a pleasant stay at the liberty hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was quite spacious for a standard room.

In terms of location, it is very strategic, close if you want to go to GI and also MRT access and airport trains. I am happy to stay here because the bathroom provided uses a jet shower on the bidet/toilet. With a fairly expensive price, in terms of breakfast, it can be said to be lacking, very limited. The menu is simple and quite disappointed when on the first day of staying, I had breakfast at 8 am, all the food was cold. The fried rice was no longer fresh. 😢. Disappointed because of the previous experience, the breakfast menu was quite varied and the condition was fresh to consume. The staff service is friendly, especially the security is very responsive in helping to lift suitcases. For the receptionist staff on duty in the morning shift, I feel less friendly than those on duty in the afternoon or evening shift.

Best hotel staff. Best front office, my goods were broken when I left them. I went around first. And asked for the goods to be put in the room. When I entered. My gift box had been isolated. Very kind and attentive to such small things. The room had been set to AC shortly before I arrived (I had previously said what time I would return, so that the hotel would not waste electricity and that was my request). So I was very comfortable and could immediately rest comfortably considering that Jakarta was very hot. I requested a room with the best view and a top floor. I was given all of that 😭🙏. Wow, I think I will come back here again and recommend it to all customers.

When I ordered the app, I had requested a connecting room and a non-smoking room in the app. I had also requested verbally, a connecting room long before check-in time around 6 am and it was informed that no one had checked out based on the information from the receptionist at the Liberty Thamrin Jakarta hotel, which means the connecting room should be available. The 2 rooms provided were The windows of the rooms face the building next door so I couldn't see anything. Even though I rented 2 rooms for 2 consecutive nights. The bathroom smelled bad. I was very disappointed with the service of the Liberty Hotel and was not flexible, too rigid in dealing with customers who arrived early. I could not rate the food because I didn't have breakfast.

Everything was perfect. The room, meal, also the staff are the best.
