Minusnya adalah jalan lorong menuju kamar gelap, ac tidak begitu dingin, handuk kain kasar, lemari kayu tua, tv tabung tua dan tidak telephon kamar. Positifnya, menuju kamar lantai 3 bisa sekalian olahraga. Saran, agara sebelum ada tamu yang ingin check in, agar diajak untuk melihat/mengecek kamar dulu, agar tidak ada penyesalan setelah check in dan agar bisa di batalkan sebelum check in bila tidak nyaman setelah mengecek kamar

the room is ràpi but the bathroom is less clean and smells a bit. not recommended. the service is also lacking. Please order the breakfast, please prepare it at 7, but not prepare it too.

This hotel has a good location but the service was not a good one. They should improve their services. Once I got the room, there was no towel, mineral water, and tissue. Also on the other day, I asked them to clean my room, but they didn't do it.

Strategic location, okay service, complete facilities, just need repairs so guests are more comfortable. The internet is sometimes a mouse - sometimes it's gone, hehe. The breakfast is quite innovative at an affordable price. Thanks Palu City Hotel.

Room facilities are not very good, the telephone cannot be used, television broadcasts are not clear because the antenna is damaged, ask for a change of room the reason is the room is full, very uncomfortable, just this once.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, clean enough with enough lighting, there are cabinets and dressers, but only use a TV tube instead of LCD or LED, cold air conditioner, for the bathroom clean enough with hot water and cold water towel and soap and toothbrush are available plus water mineral. Overall quite satisfying.
