We arrived at 16.10, and the room is not ready yet. They said we should wait for 15 minutes. But until 16.40 the room still not ready. What a joke! People say first impression matters, such a pity they failed.

Beautiful new Suites. Very spacious, excellent staff and service. The only negatives were the lifts which are very slow and for such a tall building to only have three is very bad. And personally we found the beds were to hard.

Pros: Superb location: This is a major advantage, being close to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia puts you right in the heart of the city with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. Nice rooms: It's great that the rooms themselves are comfortable and enjoyable. Free Shuttle bus to the malls. Complete amenities. Cons: Construction dust: Having a dusty parking area due to ongoing construction can definitely be a negative. Limited hot water: Relying on a private hot water tank that takes 20 minutes to refill can be inconvenient, especially for longer showers or multiple guests. Unfriendly staff towards children: This is a big concern, especially if you're traveling with a family. A hotel should be welcoming to all guests, regardless of age. No kid-friendly pool: The lack of a shallow pool and cold water temperature make it difficult for young children to enjoy the pool safely.

Very great experience, but maybe the AIr Conditioning must be improved in the unit and also at the alley and lift. And also more varieties of breakfast.

Staff were helpful. Fully equipped with kitchen appliances. Location is near shopping malls. But abit difficult to locate as entrance is shared with other buildings. Overall good stay will come back.ππΌ

Pelayanan dari staff sangat baik. Terlihat mereka mempunyai skill yang mumpuni dalam perhotelan. Kamar juga sangat bersih dan fasilitas dikamar seperti kompor, microwave, alat masak, piring, gelas, dan mesin cuci sangat membantu kami dalam menikmati liburan dan menyelenggarakan acara makan malam bersama teman-teman. Fasilitas gym yang ada cukup namun kurang mesin untuk latihan otot punggung. Fasilitas kolam renang bagus dan cukup nyaman. Fasilitas lounge sangat memuaskan. Makanan yang diberikan tidak banyak tapi semuanya enak. Tapi mungkin bagi mereka yang tidak suka makanan barat tidak akan senang. Ada meja billiard di lounge yang bisa menjadi tempat bermain bersama teman. Dalam garis besar, pengalaman saya di Parkroyal Serviced Suite sangat memuaskan.
