First time staycation in hotel room 78 is really cool, starting from the friendly staff, complete facilities bro, for those looking for a city view atmosphere, the champion because the view is towards Bundaran HI unfortunately I came during Chinese New Year when it was cloudy (but if you want a city view, don't book a studio, the price doesn't lie hehe). ,.. Strategic location equipped with a shuttle if you want to go to GI and so on.. The only drawback is one check-in time is at 15.00 if possible, it could be moved forward so customers can stay longer at the hotel hehe.. Overall, I want to come back here again next time

stayed during 2024 christmas celebration, view was good,breakfast is good..friendly staff,stayed 3 night and i ended up extend for another night,walking distance to grand indonesia/plaza indonesia..

Check in time was supposed to be 3 pm, I arrived at the hotel at 4 pm but the room was not ready. Finally I was able to enter the room at 5 pm. However, I got a late check out compensation until 3 pm the next day. The breakfast area is too small, and seems understaffed. There is a menu that can be ordered during breakfast, but the order takes a long time to arrive, 30 minutes+.

Very nice hotel, clean, exclusive and comfortable. Location in the city center, if you want to shop, go to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia, very close. I need treatment at the Siloam MRCC Hospital which is close by. Rooms with very nice interior design and bathrooms, cool, comfortable and clean. Room facilities are also complete and functioning well. The initial check-in service was good, but it turned out that the upgrade process took quite a long time on the grounds that you had to check the room first, the room upgrade process took almost 45 minutes, quite a long time. Luckily the rooms and facilities are OK and satisfactory. Overall, I recommend this hotel.
