word it, the price under 150 can get this kind of facility + there is a balcony, but every time you come it smells like cigarettes, there is no elevator so you have to use the stairs and there is a parking fee as well but it's okay. Close to Monas again and the front office bus stop is very careless, please fix it

Friendly hotel staff, strategic location, overall good. For those who want to stay here, if you come home at night some of the gates are closed, you have to go through the gate near the Merlyn Park Hotel.

The hotel staff are friendly and there are some who are a little nervous. Yesterday I checked in in the evening and got a good one, then in the morning the guard was a little nervous, comfortable and affordable, the water is safe but sometimes a little cloudy at times, the hot shower is on, the room is clean, minus There is no canteen or dispenser, so if you need a hot drink you have to buy it from the hotel area warung, on weekdays there are many snacks around the hotel, on weekends there are none, the overalls are quite comfortable

Seperti biasa nyaman murah tenang adem indah, hanya saja kurang perleng. Dan air nya agak bau dikit. Tp ok, karena ada water heaternyaa jadi ga begitu kecium. Tapi sejauh ini ini tempat termurah dan tercomfy buat aku dengan harga dibawah 200 sekitar cideng. Aku sampe pingin sewa bulanan wkwkw tp gak bisa sayangnya.

Letak hotel nya di pusat kota jakarta, sangat nyaman untuk tempat menginap. Saya sudah 4x booking dan stay di sini. Dengan harga under 200K sumpaah worth it banget. Walau ada minus dikit yaitu toilet agak ada bau sedikit dan air nya kuning, tp masih oke kok.
