For the room it's quite clean, only the carpet smells a bit of feet and the plus is getting free karaoke for a while, it's also quite good for entertainment, the breakfast is quite good if you can refill it faster, eat the empty ones because at that time the cake and side dishes were empty when I wanted to take them, but my room had a factory view, but that's okay, it's also quite good, next time if I stay overnight I ask for a room with a view of Jalan Z so I can see the street, oh yeah, I want to ask, is there a charge for cake or writing and a swan towel? I just want to ask because I want to give my wife a surprise by giving her writing or a swan towel

Stayed at room 309 for 3N
bad thing:
- When checkin not getting welcome drink or if there is any, receptionist not letting us know about that..
- AC is not cold for the entire room, only for 1 spot cold.. AC leaking water and disturbing sleep time (called room service for that, they fix it but its happening again).. please AC need changed.. its warm at night even set it to 18 degrees cause ac airflow is not in bed side
- Amenities only for 1 person
- Cups for tea not getting changed (also glass in bathroom not getting changed)
- For a comfort purpose i will give 2/5 stars due to warm at night (AC is not working well as i mention above)
- Hallway corridor AC is not turned on (not sure why)
- Cleaning service not coming to the room daily, only after i asked for it on 3rd day

Superior Room capacity for 2 people but provided for 1 person (towel, toothbrush, slippers) and must request again to the hotel. Bathroom floor, slippery. Toilet area, narrow. Room is not soundproof. The position of the swimming pool is public below so it can be seen by many people.

I often stay at Swiss-belinn (or Swiss-bel group) when I travel, but this time I was a bit surprised because when I entered the room, my children and I washed our feet several times because the floor was dirty, as if it hadn't been mopped for a long time. The AC was hot, to the point of having to call a technician to fix it but it still wasn't cold. The swimming pool was dirty, with lots of dirt and leaves. There were also only a few food choices. For the price of 600 thousand, it wasn't worth it. Maybe it could be an input to be improved further.
