Gentile The Celecton Jababeka Hotel, Thank you for your kind hospitality services. At first sudden checking in almost midnight but you offered thing that the guest need regarding their request. I came from Jakarta and need to meet my lecturer in campus for the next day. The hotel is very close to my campus PresUniv and Finalmente I did my best for things to do in Campus. Thank you. This hotel is fully recommended.

Had non smoking room but got towel from smoking room. So everytime I rubbed the towel to my face, I smelled strong tobacco odor. Before checked in, I asked mineral water, and they would like to charge me. Zero hospitality in hospitality business.
