Very comfortable stay. The room wasn't very big, but it certainly is enough. Very clean and cozy. The staff were very polite and energetic. So the check in and out process were very fast.

Gentile The Celecton Jababeka Hotel, Thank you for your kind hospitality services. At first sudden checking in almost midnight but you offered thing that the guest need regarding their request. I came from Jakarta and need to meet my lecturer in campus for the next day. The hotel is very close to my campus PresUniv and Finalmente I did my best for things to do in Campus. Thank you. This hotel is fully recommended.

The hotel is very clean, nice and modern, well maintained, highly recommended for filling your vacation, the breakfast menu also has many choices, so you're confused about choosing it. The price is also friendly, next time I go on vacation, I'll choose Swiss bel in Cikarang again

I was given a room with problematic AC, but the hotel immediately moved the room and gave me compensation in the form of free breakfast, my child also got a free birthday cake (it happened to be his birthday).

Had an absolute blast with the stay. Room service every day, friendly staffs when having requests. Room is absolutely clean, and they also have hot shower. Large bed requests need an additional IDR 50,000,- per night though. Overall 11/10
