The atmosphere is comfortable, there is a balcony facing the sea, some of which face the swimming pool. In the morning you can still hear the sound of birds chirping. The atmosphere is calm and comfortable.
When I went to the airport, I left some of my stuff in the room. I was already at the airport. I called the hotel receptionist to ask that my stuff be stored at the reception and I asked my friend to pick it up at the hotel. The hotel receptionist helped quickly to pick up and store my stuff. And finally my friend was able to pick up and deliver my stuff to the airport on time. Thank you Swiss-Bellinn Luwuk :)

Swissbell Luwuk Hotel, the view and comfort are quite good but it is very unfortunate for the friendliness of the service to the guests, especially in the food service is very-very unfriendly seems intimidating and uses a tone and language that is not polite when we order food.
