Sorry to say …. Don't ever try to stay here 🙏🏻. Window was covered by clothes closet. Room was hot. AC need to service or maybe buy new one! Toilet was slippery. Tab water is salty. NO toiletries. Remote TV not working. Deposit 100k/room. The most worst thing is “the price in online is fake. They will ask to pay more. 30 min need to argue with the management because of online price!” not only me, but many customers was arguing with the management (around 15 people). Totally disappointed!

There 's no elevator during my stay (yet the elevator is under maintenance) so I shall use stair to reach my room on 4th floor. And I must go up and down stairs to get my food when I'm order food delivery. Overall is nice and comfort for staying only for a night. Near Mangga Dua Square mall and train station of Rajawali.

Prices do not match those in the application. I was charged additional fees at places not listed in the application. Poor cleanliness, poor facilities, no aminitis, etc. Scale 1-5, value 2.

The price does not match the application, the additional cost when checking in is quite a lot, the water is salty like sea water, the bathroom smells, please fix it, but the staff is friendly.
