Berjaya Makati Hotel (马卡蒂成功酒店)
It ' s my 4th time booked in here. But today it will be my last day. I'll never ever again booked in this hotel nor to recommend this hotel to all my friend. So damn dissapointed! When I want to check out this morning 29 March. The receptionist want to charge me 800 PESO! Just because a little stain (like dirt colour) in the tip of the towel. I'm so confused and insisted to look the towel because I'm sure, me and my gf only use it after we take a bath. When I look the towel and smell it, there ' s no smell or odor, no chocolate smell, no blood smell, no feces smell and the receptionist + housekeeping staff also smell it and there ' s no smell in the towel. And they give a suggestion to always check everything in the room (towel, spring bed, bed cover, chair) when I check in and enter the room (HEY, I'm a customer who want to enjoy my day in your hotel, not to become a housekeeping staff) which is very ridiculous. And they insisted their laundry department do a really good job. Hey! I know what kind of stain in your towel because I'm in laundry business also and that is blood period stain which is hard to remove if not giving extra treatment. In the end, they didn't charge me. But from user experience I'm so dissapointed because they accuse me for something that I didn't do and they treat me like someone who do some minor criminal thing. It ' s already my 4th time booked in here and the previous booked didn't have problem when I want to check out. I don't know if some of the customer also got the same problem that happened to me. But for me I'll never again booked this hotel and I'll tell to all my co-worker to skip booked this hotel. I just didn't want my friend also got a bad service that happened to me today. So disappointing.
