We spent our 1st Wedding Anniversary here and our stay went great! Our 2-storey room, the Mayor’s Suite, was huge and very cozy. We are a few steps away from the lap pool and jacuzzi. Our stay came with spa services, which is an hour’s worth of invigorating massage that was done so well by the therapists. We also had a 5-course romantic dinner at the Jardin del Sol. The steak was so huge and filling. Overall, it was worth it!

We had a great time staying in Luljetta’s Place Garden Suites. The place itself is very relaxing specially the Hanging Garden Spa. It’s worth the price. Highly recommended.

We had to pay additional for the hanging garden spa. Pools are dirty and cloudy. Jacuzzi has a smell that isn't pleasing. Rooms are a Bit small. WiFi and signal is intermittent. Service and food was great though.

I was amazed with the photos on social media. Yes, it was relaxing however by that we were there, some pools are closed so we didn't enjoy some of the ameneties. The room accommodation was too squeezy yet its very expensive and not worth-paying for. They gave us the room 603 which is beside the store/stock room. We were expecting its a quiet corner but it was the opposite. It was very noisy because we could hear the staffs talking each other in a loud voice. We were tired and we wanted to enjoy staying getting up late but the staff were very noisy at 4:30/5:00am until 8am, so we could not go back to sleep. I will not recommend and visit this place again because apart from very expensive accommodation you have to pay super extra for their garden. The payment is not worth it. The day before we leave, at the receiving area of luljettas place, while waiting for a grab we wanted to have som sip of coffee. We saw only two tables in the area. I ordered first one coffee latte (hot) and one iced coffee. The other tables next to the cashier counter were just chatting and they havent place their order. I waited almost 20mins to arrive the coffee. Isnt it ridiculous, we’ve placed our order first but the second table got their food first before ours? What kind of service is that? Just because they have plenty of orders and ours was just coffee? Again, the order wasn't served despite numerous reminders because I was thirsty. I knew the reception desk staffs also heard me complaining on my table because my order wasn't served yet but the other table have their food already but the staffs seemed too insensitive, they even didn't coordinate with the café staffs to follow up the order. I saw them hiding below the desk. There were three guys there but they’ve just continue chitchatting with each other. It wasn't busy though. There were like one group of new arriving guest. Like what i’ve said after 20mins the first cup of coffee was served, the other one still undone. I have to go to the counter to follow up again my coffee but it was still unready so I requested a refund. You know what, if you cannot do the order tell the guest how long will it take to make just a cup of coffee. Just don't let us wait for almost half an hour. We coudnt get a grab back to the city so we still have time to at least sit back and relax and enjoy a cup of coffee but I was disappointed with the service. There were enough staffs running and it wasn't packed why cant do a single cup of coffee on time. How long will it take to make a coffee (plain coffee w/o art)? Very poor service. I was a first timer here, but my impression was too bad. The room was too noisy for us we even paid for an expensive price but they gave us beside the stock room where the staffs are free to chitchat . We could even heard them on the shower with their walkie talkies requesting for from another staffs and their personal chitchat, laughing loudly. Very poor service. The place was big and relaxing but the service sucks. If you want more guests to keep coming back, improve your service. The price is too high though, not worth it.

Too expensive, the payment for the stay does not include access to Luljetta Hanging Gardens which was what we were really looking forward to. Also, you need to book a masseuse before your actual stay so that you can avail of that service. So much for being called a spa.

After what seemed like a very stressful month, my partner and I decided to go here for a relaxing 3 days and 2 nights stay. At first, we were quite charmed by the umbrellas hanging at the reception and their smoking area, thought that this can be an “instagrammable” place. We availed a “Councilor’s Suite” and to our surprise, the room itself is not even worth 4,000php for one night. It looks more of a motel room, rather than a room where you can relax in. The heater is not working, we have to call maintenance to get it fixed. The blanket is too thin for a city as cold as Antipolo. We asked for comforters, but they only have blankets. The TV Channels are limited only to 20 Channels, the wifi is too slow and you have to as for a voucher code every now and then. Pissed, we checked for the amenities outside of our room to give our stay a chance, but we found a lap pool, a hydro pool that no one bothers to swim in. You can see floating dead leaves, insects and unmaintained water. In addition to that, for a room that is too pricey, we’ve expected that there are inclusions from the spa in their Hanging Garden, but none. We asked the reception on how to avail their spa treatments, they showed us promos but many of those are already not available. So we landed to their “Comfort” package but was still too pricey. The food was not even that nice for their price as well. We went to the reception to ask someone to give us a tour but found out that the amenities found on the website, is not in close proximity to our room. You have to walk more than 50 meters to arrive at their “spa” place or Luljetta’s Hanging Garden located at Loreland Resort. Just wish that the rooms and the spa can be located in one place rather than transferring from one resort to another, what’s the point of having a relaxing weekend when the amenities you’ve wished for is not located within the vicinity from your suite. One of their jacuzzis is boiling hot. While the pools if not messy are very cold. Furthermore, the only thing we have enjoyed there is their Signature Body Massage, which really gave us a relaxing feeling after. The staff is very accommodating. We recommend if you are going here, is to just avail their day tour. May the management take notice on the comfort of their guests, as many people travel from different places outside Antipolo to be free for a while from the urban life. And, instead of getting relaxed, all they got was stress.

We booked for a Thursday and there were less than five more couples in the resort. This was great since we had all the time to swim and take pictures all by ourselves. The fishes from the Dr. Fish spa were few, and were about adult-sized, so they nibble quite hard. We get to roam all over the accessible places like the Loreland pools, but sadly some of them were closed or were being cleaned that day. The dinner reservation also arrived on-time. The food was a bit expensive, but there are local eateries outside the resort. You would need a car or hire a trike to head out as they are quite far. We've also tried their Signature Massage, it was relaxing. You need to book this once you've done booking for a room since there's only a few masseuses around.

- Returned my breakfast (longganisa) to further cook since it is still raw. But when they served it again the skin is a bit over-cooked and the meat is still a bit raw. The juice tastes like sugar. - Water in the pool is too cold, even the jacuzzi is just on normal temp! - Room looks filthy, they try to hide everything using paint. And the pillows doesn’t smell nice. - Suggestion: Go here on day-trip, staying overnight is not worth-it. - Looks of Hanging Garden is “Instagrammable”, and they have a very accommodating staff. - Careful with the floor in Hanging Garden café, they are slippery specially in the washroom (why would you put that kind of tiles on the flooring!)

The Price for a room is not worth it. Simple room, basic amenities. Access only to the pools located beside their reception. Food for breakfast is just plain and simple. You’re not even allowed to visit their hanging spa and garden even just for taking pictures only. Should include a 1-hour massage for 2. Still, the place is relaxing.

The only reason we booked to luljettas is to have access to the hanging gardens. If only we knew that there would still be a separate charge of 920 pesos per head. If we wanted access to lorelands then we should've booked there but no! We should've just stayed at a relatives home in antipolo. Didn't set proper expectation there. And also it was far from the garden and the resort only had the cart until 5 but having it opened until 9? Overages! Never would i ever book to this app again. Already uninstalled it. You can stop sending emails!
