Strategic hotel, many restaurants, close to night market

I booked for the connecting room. Everything is clean, the smell is so fresh, nice staffs. They also have a scale at the L fl if you need it for your check bag. A few minute walk to bts station. My family love this hotel🥰 Thanks for everything

Before my arrival I was hesitant, because I accidentally saw bad reviews about this hotel, saying it was an old building and others. But in fact this hotel is almost perfect. The hotel rooms have been renovated so they look modern. I came with my family, parents and younger siblings. I took a very large Grand Deluxe room, we got room number 611 with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool with an extraordinary view of the building. The bathroom is also spacious and is facilitated with a smart closet with electronic and manual bidet, very suitable for Indonesians. The breakfast is quite complete, especially with free flow cha tra mue. For add-on breakfast, it is approximately 510 baht. The staff are very friendly and helpful. At that time I came during the New Year, intending to join Centralworld Country. The distance between the hotel and the location is very close, so I don't need to worry about going home on foot. It's really strategic. We only stayed one night but we still had half a day to go around, the hotel also provides luggage storage so we didn't need to carry our luggage. Very very helpful and Full serviced Overall 4.8/5 from me

Only the lift is very slow. Take a long time for waiting the lift

Location very good, near pratunam market, shibuya, platinum, December, tofu. Hotel is clean, free water from the dispenser. Downside is if room facing the street, it's very noisy at night.

Still under maintenance when we go there, I think its better to stay there in February 2025

A comfortable and strategic hotel in the Pratunam area if you are on a trip to Bangkok, the staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and there are always free drinks available from coffee to other cold water accompanied by snacks that are always in the lobby. Recommended to stay here

The elevator was broken, the hotel was half under repair, I got the 5th floor, went up the dark stairs. Can you imagine going to the 5th floor, going up the stairs, getting a room at the end and then at the end again. I only slept for 1 night, 3 nights were wasted. Forced to move because it was uncomfortable and scary.

Expected the executive room to be bigger than the normal room. However the room size is the same but toilet is significantly smaller. With bathtub but no shower curtains or distance from the other amenities inside so everything gets extremely wet during shower. Like the idea of having bathtub but I definitely prefer the normal room with separated shower & bigger space.

Very close to shopping places. Very strategic location.

This is my 4th time staying here. Nothing disappoints from checking in until we checked out and waiting for our pick up to come. The room is clean and comfortable exactly like the photo listed in the offer. Next time I will stay here again.
