Good atmosphere. But when I opened the light bulb in the bathroom while opening the water heater, the light was flicking. And In the morning, there was a noise from Chicken nearby.

Budget, Calm and near attractions place with Pub and restaurant.

The main problem was that a local swim coach teaches swimming lessons in the hotel pool every evening (at least during my stay) so the pool was completely filled with children except during the morning and early afternoon when it was too hot. The other things I didn't like were that the shower design made it impossible not to get water dropping all over the floor, and there was no brewed coffee at the breakfast buffet, only instant.

Loved the room-comfortable bed, pretty view of the lake from the window. Not the hotel 's fault, but this being Saturday night, there was a rather loud live performance at one of the bars across the road, which didn't end till midnight. On another note, there are limited parking spaces, so if you arrive late, only street parking may be available.

Nearby Phayao Lake, nice staffs, no noisy, recommended.

. I stayed in room 612. The room has a musty smell, and the bathroom fixtures are starting to decay.
