Great locations for those who loves shopping till you drop, Hotel surrounded by famous shopping destinations, i.e. Platinum shopping mall, Big C, Pratunam Market, Neon Night Market. Conveniently walking distance to those areas. Room is okay, but clean, and staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't try the food, but according to our friends, breakfast selection is not so bad.. will definitely comeback to stay here on my future trip to Bangkok. Thank you

this hotel is freshly opened on end of Nov 2019. it's located in strategic district. location: near market, shopping malls, BTS, easy to find. staff: receptionist can speak English well, well mannered. facilities: tv is good, AC is good, Wifi is really good, refrigerator for fresh fruit and drinks, there is airport transport facilities (on request). so far, I really enjoyed this hotel. really satisfied.

I stayed here for 6 nights, the room is clean and big. You can stay with family here. Near from Pratunam market and platinum. You can also go to the big C supercentre from here. Have many foods around the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my friends.

Front office staff very friendly and helpful. The room I stay a little bit old so the toilet wall & ceiling doesn't look clean anyway I understand it's not the dirt it because the room is old. Everything else in my room is clean. Very convenient to find food close to family Mart and 7-Eleven. From the hotel to Don Muang airport is not far, I paid only 59 baht for taxi.

We choose room with connecting door. Very comfortable bed and pillow. This hotel next to BTS National stadium. Only walk for 3 minutes. MCdonald in one building with this hotel, Only very simple breakfast. But I recommended this place. Will come again.

The location is good. Near BTS Ratchathewi, bus stop in front of the hotel. If you like to go shopping, Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall only 20 minutes walk, or you can take bus. the hotel is offering a lot of activities as one of the highest hotel tower in Asia, the roof top has 3 level for amazing viewing the city landscape, one of them is tilting floor, the restaurant at roof top, many game playing ot lobby hotel including mini golf green, and restaurant also offering durian as menu that allowing to be consumed inside the restaurant. Outside is Pratunam market area that famous of super saving apparel market, you can enjoy to find many thing there. Restaurant with halal label is spread along the way by Indian or far east cuisine style. A lot of halal food also spread at street food also at front of platinum plaza. one other interesting point is a shuttle for river transport as public transport at side of Platinum Plaza by using vessel at very low rate providing other experience in this city.

First House Hotel
We're staying at this hotel for a lot of nights, it's definitely a heaven for someone who likes to shop because it's located so close to many shopping center such as Platinum, December's, Pratunam Market, etc.
There's a lot of options about the food near the hotel itself, streetfood, and restaurants, lots of cheap food also near the hotel. For us, the food selections near the hotel actually suits our Indonesian Pallete.
The rooms are clean, and the AC is working and its cold. Such a relieve after going out shopping at the market and shopping center in the area. One unfortunate thing that I experience is that one of my room didn't get the Bean Bag that the other rooms had, but no big deal, just a bit of feature that I should've got.
The bathroom is a bit small actually, but still works for me and my family. It also had a bidet, which is a great thing for me and many Indonesians.
I think regarding the Wi-Fi Speed, it's quite inconsistent, but for your daily needs like googling it's still manageable, YouTube not so much.
