The staff were excellent and very professional.The reception staff were fantastic especially Omar.
I would stay here again without any hesitation.
Breakfast had a very good selection of food to choose from.
Bedroom was very spacious and very clean with excellent air conditioning.

Allowed early check-in and upgraded our room for free. The staff were absolutely lovely and our room was fantastic. Very clean and the creek view was incredible. We could see Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame part the creek. The breakfast wasn’t bad at first but I can’t complain because the offered to make whatever we wanted the next day. Overall, lovely stay.

Great location, amazing staff. Breakfast was ample with a good variety from many countries. The staff is that of a 5 star hotel from the porter to check in and breakfast staff to housekeeping. Everyone made us feel welcome. Even when we couldn't check in early, they welcomed us to leave our bags or just sit and enjoy the views.
