Clean, good service worth it for stay.

Absolutely best hotel to stay at by Dubai Airport. Staff is so super friend. Ottard and Mega you both were so kind and full of smiles. Made our check in quick and all our room requests were fulfilled. Much different from the other hotels by airport we have stayed at in the past who were rude and slow. I regret staying at other hotels, I will always go to this holiday Inn because of Ottard and Mega making me feel so comfortable. Thank you!

Stayed for five days for a business purpose. It was a pleasant one. Good location with clean and bedroom and bathroom as expected. Speed internet speed was also acceptable.

Good hotel, comfortable to family trip

You ll get a vending machine in each floor, so for a lazy person and introvert like me, it is very helpful and convenient. They also provide airport shuttle every 30 mins for 24 hours and this shuttle is very on time. For a short stop in Dubai, this Premier Inn is a the best option with a very reasonable price!

It was easy to find and nice transit hotel. The room was clean but the food is so expensive. The room its-self quite expensive but worth it because we had 14 hours transit because I didn’t get my dubai visa approved because I only have 1 single name. Then we checked out early, but then we had another 12 hours delay. The airport was packed like a market. Emirates why 😭😭. Then I missed my next flight from Jakarta to Makassar the next morning. Emirates!!!!😭😭😭 anyway, the hotel is good, clean and staff are friendly! Thank you for making our experience a bit nicer after visa rejected and plane delayed.

The location is good and room is spacious. The amenities is very limited (No toothbrush, comb, shaver, cotton bud, etc). The bathroom design is not good, water is overflow at all bathroom floor when I am taking a bath.

Room is clean and daily change of towels, bed is arranged neatly and accordingly.

Overnight stopover-complimentary pick up and drop off from airport was a good feature. Room was basic but had everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was normal buffet style but very tasty. Staff were excellent.
