Good price for staying near the beach.

It's a budget hotel, so don't expect too much. It's an old hotel near My Khe Beach, a 5-minute walk away. The ambiance is a bit dated, and there's a lingering old smell. Despite that, our three-person room was surprisingly spacious. The hotel lobby attendant speaks English, though just a bit. The check-in process was quick, even during the night. They provided toiletries, towels, and even toothbrushes. In room 703, the air conditioner works well and makes the room quite chilly. As for breakfast, I'd rate it a 2-star experience. The options are limited to just five items, and the coffee in the kettle was disappointingly cold, despite being in an electric kettle. However, if you can overlook these minor issues and are content with a modest breakfast before exploring Da Nang, it might be an acceptable choice for your stay.

I don't think any hotel can beat the hospitality of Grand Sunrise Hotel. We stayed there for our honeymoon trip in Da Nang and everything is so great, thanks to Ms. Gigi, Nhi, and Lyna. Let me just breakdown why we love our stay here: 1. Strategic location – close to the beach (7 mins walk) and Da Nang city. Many restaurant/convenience store/ATM – everything you need! If you booked trip to Ba Na Hills (via klook or any apps) you can walk too to pick up point at Haian Hotel (7 mins walk). Tips: there are some nearby restaurant I recommend: 1) Thia Go Restaurant 2) Menya Yoshino Shoten 3) Pho Thin 13.2. Foreigner friendly – all staff are speaking English, very good communication. 3. They provide motorcycle rent for very reasonable price. No need to seek outside and very convenient! 4. Free room upgrade! 5. Facility are best! Very clean, smells good, beds are comfy. 6. Complete amenities – they have everything you need (even flip flop and umbrella – perfect for beach time). I personally really like their silky robe, super comfy! 7. We got this welcome traditional Vietnamese snack, so beautiful and yum yum! 8. Breakfast is nice with a lot of food variety. 9. Very thoughtful – they decorate the room to welcome us 😊. 10. They even went extra mile for us, giving us a very nice surprise for our honeymoon – a cake and a flower bouquet <3.11. Most importantly, all this high standard service at low cost?! Definitely value for money! I highly recommend you (foreigners or Vietnamese) to stay here if you ever visited Da Nang!
