Great service. Located in the city center, can walk to the night market. Clean and neat. The back of hotel is closed to the sea with nice view and swimming areas. Additional, you can use free a kayak for an hour to sail to the sea. The hotel even has a free airport transfer in every 2 hours.Impressive

The experience I got here is the same as two years ago. Nice room, full facilities, comfort bed. This hotel locates pretty close to center of the island; 10 minutes walk downhill to Duong Dong town, 3 minutes go straight to common beach where you can take a swim or watch sunset by your own. No breakfast or dinner but you will have a lot options since there are many good restaurants / bars surrounds, like Xin Chao seafood restaurant, Ocvan beach bar, Beach View bar.. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good place to rest with reasonable priceImpressive

The Palmy Phu Quoc Resort & Spa
Not a good experience! For the price this is not good. Room was dirty, cockroaches and ant, ceiling board missing. Restaurant that's advertised and menu posted everywhere but it doesn't exist! Hotel is not maintained. Staff do not know English so communication was very difficult, for this price point and what is advertised. Our deluxe sea view is only a partial view. We had to ask multiple times for the room to be cleaned daily which was only a 2min clean. This hotel should be advertised at half the price!

This resort is wonderful place for relaxing and healing. Everything is over expectation. Staffs are so friendly. Room is nice and so peaceful. Breakfast is delicious. I love everything here and will come back in near future

Greatest and cheapest place to stay. Nice and clean room, Friendly and easygoing owner, willing to support me check out late. Including good breakfast. Convenient place to stay and visit all places in Phu Quoc.
