Villa in Cikarang

I'm here for staycation with family from 31 des until 3 januari to bad no information about renovation exact above our room and they are not try to place us in soundproof floor, but the service and location is good…except that they have to put a light in swimming pool so we can swim at least while the swimming pool is open

Had an absolute blast with the stay. Room service every day, friendly staffs when having requests. Room is absolutely clean, and they also have hot shower. Large bed requests need an additional IDR 50,000,- per night though. Overall 11/10

A quite nice hotel in the center of Cikarang area. Really affordable and the place is very strategic, not far from the toll access. Surprisingly, the room is spacious. Staffs are very welcome. The only concern is the parking area that is on the outdoor (no indoor) and has a limited capacity (also the road is very narrow inside the parking area). But, overall it was a nice stay in BATIQA hotel. Will stay again for sure if I visit Cikarang area.

It was beyond bad. I used to stay here until covid came, often up to 3-5 nights. This time, the room was dirty, AC didnot work (had to sleep with open window and terrace door, got mosquitos flew in), TV doesn't work, no connection cable, no internet (there was no wifi transmitter in the corridor, only the cable), non-smoking room but cigarette marks and ashes everywhere, the bed was not made, no amenities in the bathroom (there was a bar of soap, but probably from whoever stayed before). The most amazing, the no service, the person who took care the room always says no, don't have, don't know, etc. He seems intentionally making me want to leave and go to other place. Parking is expensive.

Worth it for low budget hotel, really recommended.

Stayed at room 309 for 3N bad thing: - When checkin not getting welcome drink or if there is any, receptionist not letting us know about that.. - AC is not cold for the entire room, only for 1 spot cold.. AC leaking water and disturbing sleep time (called room service for that, they fix it but its happening again).. please AC need changed.. its warm at night even set it to 18 degrees cause ac airflow is not in bed side - Amenities only for 1 person - Cups for tea not getting changed (also glass in bathroom not getting changed) - For a comfort purpose i will give 2/5 stars due to warm at night (AC is not working well as i mention above) - Hallway corridor AC is not turned on (not sure why) - Cleaning service not coming to the room daily, only after i asked for it on 3rd day good thing - spacious room - comfy bed - Food breakfast is delicious return?? maybe if service and room improved.. Thanks

We stayed at Harper Hotel Cikarang by Aston 1 day during my friend's business trip. I was welcomed with a smile and staff was very friendly until we even striked a simple conversation. It was a nice experience. Comfortable room with responsive & helpful staffs. Breakfast also great, luxurious, a lot of menus to choose from salads, omelette, rices, porridges, etc 👍
