Villa in Vi Da Ward

This is my first time logging in just to make a review of the place that I stayed. I known this place through a well-known TikToker named Duy Truong and decided to follow him by reserving a room at this hotel for one night to enjoy the"river-view"room. Everything was fine, except for a few issues: First, the establishment claims to be a hotel but operates more like a homestay. One thing that annoyed me was the requirement to remove my shoes at the front door instead of being able to go directly to my room, similar to other hotels. I'm not sure if this is common in Hue, but the previous hotel I stayed at did not have this rule. If such rules exist, they should be clearly publicized on the websites. Secondly, I reserved a room with a"river view", but despite the window facing the river, I could not actually see the river from my room. In fact, the view was blocked by the restaurant 's roof and some large trees. So, I don't think this could be called a river-view room at all. Lastly, while the homestay was pleasant and accommodating, I encountered an odd situation. After checking out, I could left my luggage there even after the check out. I had some outdoor activities and ended up being wet. Therefore, I asked if I could use the bathroom. I mean I am willing to pay extra for the bathroom if needed, but I was pushed into the toilet and had shower with the bidet sprayer. I don't know if I should be offended or thanking for this.

The staff is very nice, the room is clean and good. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone.

Before I booked this hotel I had read a lot of good reviews on website about this. And it is true. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. They gave us many advices to eat and visit at hue city. The room was clean. Thank you so much for your help, we were really enjoyed. I definitely come back and highly recommend

The reception did tell to me: If I will be check out the second day at 18h, I will pay one day and half day, but when I check out at 18h they asked me pay two day. It's so bad, very bad thing. I'm never comeback this hotel. Finally terrible hotel!

Very friendly! The room was clean and the street was quiet. AC and refrigerator were nice, and the beds were comfortable. Very pleasant stay!

Booked from 7/27 to 8/31, automatically paid by card, arrived on 9/1 and reported an error saying there were no rooms available and asked for a refund. They didn't take responsibility for rebooking or finding a solution for the customer. I came from Da Nang and it was almost 9/2, so what room did they want to find?

We have a 3-night stay here, comfortable bedrooms, friendly hosts, comfortable hours ... Homestay is close to the pedestrian street so it's very convenient ...
