The National Gallery of Indonesia represents modern and contemporary Indonesian art by presenting the works of Indonesian and foreign artists.

The works displayed are not only two and three-dimensional (paintings, murals, sketches, graphics, sculptures, ceramics, photography, crafts, installation art, video art).

Established in 1998, Galeri Nasional Indonesia continues to organize collaborative and interactive exhibitions on a national and international scale, in the form of permanent exhibitions and temporary exhibitions.

The National Gallery of Indonesia represents Indonesian modern and contemporary art by presenting the works of Indonesian and foreign artists such as Raden Saleh, S. Sudjojono, Affandi, Basoeki Abdullah, Ahmad Sadali, Fadjar Sidik, FX Harsono, Heri Dono, Wassily Kandinsky, Zao Wou Ki, as well as potential newcomer artists. The works displayed are not only two and three-dimensional (paintings, murals, sketches, graphics, sculptures, ceramics, photography, crafts, installation art, video art), but also utilize cutting-edge technologies such as video mapping, augmented reality, and virtual reality, which provide an immersive experience. Established in 1998, Galeri Nasional Indonesia continues to organize collaborative and interactive exhibitions on a national and international scale, in the form of permanent exhibitions and temporary exhibitions.

The theme taken was not quite right with what was exhibited at that time. 21st Century President. but rather displayed Mr. Hardi's work globally. The exhibition room was nice and comfortable, it was just that the contents of the exhibition were not quite right for me.

It's really good, but yesterday their machine couldn't scan the Traveloka QR. Please fix it again, and the additional ticket for making videos, it's not available on Traveloka so you have to buy it separately from the entrance ticket, please Traveloka add that ticket

Great explanation!! That is the word I will give when remembering the National Gallery, why? because every thing displayed has an interesting explanation, not only that the guide or staff when I asked about the differences in works, the use of works, and others were explained well, so I went home without a question mark. Don't ask again about cleanliness and comfort, big applause because the air conditioner is cold and the place is really clean. Thanks!

All the staff at the location are very friendly. The location is easy to find and spacious enough to accommodate many vehicles for parking. The building is clean and there are always staff on duty.

It was fun... friendly when I first arrived, and because it was the weekend, it seemed like the queue was long for those who hadn't bought tickets, but for me, I had already ordered and bought them in advance on Traveloka so I didn't have to queue ☺️
