Staff assistance was really great, don’t worry if you didn’t book your pcr or antigen appointment here in traveloka cause the staffs were really helpful, the queue and the process are pretty fast too. Traveloka made it easier if you don't wanna pay with debit card or cash on the spot

the drive thru process is better so you don't have to get out of the vehicle but when it's busy the service becomes chaotic because you have to wait a very long time from coming at 10 to just finished at 12. if you look at the lack of health workers, there is no anticipation when it's crowded
